What is Macrobiotic Health Coaching?

Macrobiotic Health Coaching is creating a relationship to support and guide you to optimum health and happiness. You will learn the optimum foods to incorporate into your diet, the specific foods to avoid in your diet, key lifestyle factors that will support your goals, food and lifestyle remedies to speed your healing, detoxification, strength building, or even weight loss. Each person is unique, so your recommendations will be specifically designed for your constitution (the strengths and weakness you were born with) and your condition (the current state of your body).

As you incorporate recommendations into your life and your condition changes, we will fine tune further to keep you on the path of optimum health and happiness. We will explore everything from food cravings, to manifesting your heart's desires, and even how to change your life without stepping into the kitchen. It is a journey of self-discovery, fun, and empowerment.

What is the Cost?

$250 initial session and
$150 for follow-up sessions

How often do I need a Session?

The recommendation is every 3-4 months. Questions and progress reports are encouraged between sessions. Dawn keeps specific office hours for between session work, and you are welcome to call anytime during those hours.
